Being water-soluble, Vitamin B-5 cannot be stored in the body as it dissolves in water and can easily leave the body via urine. As a result, it is important to have a constant supply of vitamin B-5 in our diet. Common food sources include meat, dairy products, whole grains, and legumes.

It also support healthy skin by promoting the production of skin cells and supporting the synthesis of collagen and elastin. Signs of lacking Vitamin B-5 includes headache, fatigue, irritability and gastrointestinal problems.
