Elderberry
Latin Name: Sambucus Nigra
Type: Herb, Antioxidant
Elderberry comes from the Sambucus tree, which is a flower plant, traditionally used to reduce severity and duration of cold and flu.
Due to its rich concentration of polyphenol, it provides antioxidant, anti-inflammatory benefits.
