I would like to request for an exchange for items purchased on LAC website. What should I do?
Please reach out to us at info@lac.com with your name and address, order number, details of the Product including picture, batch/LOT number, expiry, and reason for the exchange.
Prior to your request submission, please ensure compliance with the following:
1. Exchange policy is only applicable to wrong item(s) sent or defective item(s) within 14 days from receiving your order
2. This is subjected to stock availability and we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value, or any other methods at the discretion of lac.com. We will not charge shipping costs for the return of faulty or damaged items
3. For orders outside of Singapore, please note that the shipping cost for return will be borne by the customer
Important Note: Please note that LAC membership and e-Gift Cards are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
