I would like to cancel my order. What should I do?
Order cancellation can be done on your orders page before the order status is updated to “Shipped”.
If you wish to cancel the order after the status has been updated to “Shipped”, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, where your request will be reviewed.
For International Orders, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. You may contact us at email@example.com to inquire about your order status.
